Process

Whether the client is remodeling a century old property or building from the ground up, our process remains the same – and always with the client’s needs and personal circumstances at the forefront. Our goal is always to achieve a superior product and a happy client.

Both building from scratch or remodeling can be a disruptive process, however the professional staff at Premier Remodeling & Design Build work very closely with the homeowner to ensure minimal disruption to their daily lives. 

Once the design phase has been completed, all required permits have been approved and finalized contracts have been signed, we can begin the construction process.  The time frame for completion usually depends of the scope of the project.  We meet with the client, as well as collaborate with all of the professionals who have been assembled for the project, to outline the time table and project schedule.  The client will always be informed of the process along the way and will always come first.  We prefer to have a minimum of a weekly meeting with the client if real time is not possible, so that any questions or concerns can be addressed and corrected if necessary in a timely fashion. 

As a general rule, we don’t take on more than 2-3 projects at a time, so that each customer is guaranteed the highest level of service and attention to detail that we have built our reputation on.  We maintain a very tight schedule and take pride in our demonstrated track record of on-time completion and a finished product that exceeds expectations.
