John Paulding (JP to most!) Farnham, III is the Principal of Premier Remodeling & Design Build, operating in both Fairfield and Westchester Counties for nearly three decades. Having been raised in New Canaan, CT, John grew up appreciating the historical architecture and aesthetically pleasing qualities of the homes and estates in the area.

Like many young children, JP grew up taking stuff apart and trying to put it back together again. This curiosity for understanding how things worked followed him from adolescence through adulthood … from toys to homes. He is passionate about the details and has a true appreciation for the artistic talents of the many fine craftsman and specialists that are part of the Premier Remodeling & Design Build team.

JP comes from a long line of artists, including Paulding Farnham, (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paulding_Farnham), who was a world renown jewelry design for Tiffany in the late 1800’s, and Sally James Farnham (http://www.sallyjamesfarnham.org/), an award winning American sculptress. The love of detail and creativity has carried through JP’s lineage and is the cornerstone in which Premier Design Build executes on every project – with no detail overlooked.
